With that in mind, we have made a significant investment in new digital printing technology with the purchase of a VUTEK PressVu® flat bed printer. Our new in-house capabilities allow us to digitally print on the following additional substrates with incredible detail and clarity:

• Styrene
• Coroplast
• Polycarbonate
• Foam Board
• Sintra
• Many other options available- Call with your custom needs.

Prints photo like quality images with brilliant color reproduction-up to 800 dpi- on both rigid and flexible substrates with a printing width of 72”. Single or double-sided.

Our in house production offers digital or screen printed options at a quick turn-around, no size limitations and low minimums.

Screen Printing Olympus continues to be a leader in the screen printing industry. Specializing in short to medium run jobs, Olympus maintains consistency and quality throughout the run. We currently use UV and water based ink system, which enables us to hold greater detail. Digital Printing Direct print to a multitude of substrates (including vinyl, mesh, pressure sensitive substrates, canvas and several others) allows for cost effective, low run 4 color process jobs. Dye Sublimation A heat transfer process in which first an electrically charged paper is printed with the given image and then through heat and pressure the image is transferred into the fabric. The fabric must be at least 50% polyester to receive the ink. Suitable and in stock fabrics include; polyester, satin, canvas, poplin, dacron, and mesh.
